Cancellation Policy
The client will be charged 50%* of the service for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The client will be charged 100%* of the service for no shows.
For ‘tox clients, the client will be charged $50* for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The client will be charged $100* for no shows.
*The client will be charged no fee
if approved by the service practitioner.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you in your appointment slot, and you may be charged a cancellation fee accordingly.
